Kristie
Meyer
Kristie Meyer is a trained architect and architecture photographer. She studied architecture in beautiful Prague before moving to Stuttgart for her Master's degree, where her passion for photography deepened.
During her Master's degree, she gained invaluable experience working with renowned architectural photographers Roland Halbe and Zooey Braun. This led to early photographic commissions for research institutes such as the ICD, ITKE at the University of Stuttgart and ODK.design.
Her Master Thesis, "Bionic Architecture Origins" explored the influence of nature on architectural processes over decades and the development of the emerging field of Bionic Architecture, using architectural photography as its medium.
Working as both an architect and architectural photographer since 2017, she has cultivated a sensitivity for the details and subtleties of architectural projects. This combined perspective allows her to approach each work with a clear architectural understanding and a precise photographic language.
