- 1995-2001年在柏林艺术大学学习视觉传播
- 1991-93年在柏林Lotte-Verein设计学院FB摄影设计专业接受摄影师培训
- 1985-87年获得技术学院入学资格，FB设计学院。

职业生涯

- 2011年代表罗伯特-博世基金会在俄罗斯阿尔汉格尔斯克举办摄影讲习班
- 2008年起在汉堡担任自由摄影师，从事编辑、旅游报道、肖像摄影
- 2007年起担任Klubfoto，当代摄影平台组织展览，监督杂志
- 2003至2008年担任柏林Lette-Verein的FB Photodesign部门主管
- 1998至2008年担任摄影项目开发、设计+媒体理论、照片设计、学期和工作室管理讲师
