Smith

I'm a writer, a fine art and fashion photographer, and a creative director, based in North London. I’m the founder and editor-in-chief of True Love.

My forthcoming photoseries Mila and the Storm was a winner at the London International Creative Competition 2023. It won an Honourable Mention at the Px3 Paris Prix de la Photographie 2024. It will be published as a photobook by Red Turtle.

My recent fine art photoseries Ascension won Gold in the Street category and Second Place in the photobook category at the Analog Sparks 2024 awards. It won Honourable Mentions at the Lucie International Photo Awards 2020, the Moscow International Foto Awards in 2020 and 2021 and the Tokyo International Foto Awards 2022. Ascension was published as a photobook by Red Turtle Photobook in the autumn of 2023. It was exhibited at AOCF 58 Galleria Bruno Lisi in Rome in April and May 2023. My fine art photography has featured in group shows across the US, the UK and Italy.

My fashion photography has been featured in True Love, L’Officiel, KEYI magazines and many more. You can find my fashion portfolio here.

My first novel is The Waking (Wundor Editions 2017). My first collection of poetry is Sea of the Edge (Wundor Editions 2018).

My poetry has been published in magazines and journals including The London Magazine, Acumen, Envoi, Poetry Salzburg Review and Orbis. I was a winner at The London Magazine Poetry Prize 2018. I won the Orbis Readers' Award in March 2019. I have been shortlisted for various other awards.

I read English Literature at Christ Church, University of Oxford.
