He set up his first own studio in 1990 after first working for Agfa as a printer, then apprentice as a commercial photographer and working 3 years as first man and later on as partner with - at that time -the most acclaimed commercial photographer in Denmark.

Now time is divided between assigned and personal work and also as external examiner at dmjx, the Danish school of media & journalism.
